Legal to use database

We are only processing and collecting data which are readily available in public domain and are not collecting, storing or processing any generic, health ,personal data or sensitive personal data as defined in Rule 3 of the information Technology Reasonable Security Practices Rules 2011 and the Sec 3(36 ) of the proposed THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION BILL, 2019. We are also not storing any data in the wire or wireless networks connected server or systems.
